Intoxication

 Intoxication:

A silent thief of life, disguised as a friend,

A beautiful lie disguised as a truth,

A slow poison disguised as relief,

It enters as a whisper of solace and stays as an unshakable storm, leaving destruction in its wake.

The road to it is paved with fleeting comfort,

But the journey back is a battle against chains that grow stronger with every step towards freedom.

What begins as a single choice soon becomes a prison.

It promises peace, but delivers chaos.

It takes just one step to fall into it,

But take everything you have to climb back.

A flame that feels warm at first, but soon burns you, leaving only ashes of the person you used to be.

What begins as a harmless indulgence soon becomes a merciless master.

A honey-coated blade, offering sweetness but cutting deeper with every taste.

A chameleon in disguise, changing its form to lure you in,

Only to reveal its true nature once it has you trapped.

A camouflage, blending in with the comfort you seek,

Hiding its destructive force until it’s too late.

Starting from a single choice—ek kaam,

Leading to a fleeting moment of sukoon,

Turning into a subtle aadat,

And finally consuming you entirely as nasha.

A path where each stage traps you deeper, until escape feels like an impossible dream.

This is all about intoxication (Nasha)
